Personal:

I'm married to a really great guy named Mike.  He runs, too, and it's fun to share that hobby.  I can keep up with him most of the time, but not always.  We have three kids, 2 boys and a girl.  I watch many, many baseball games each year because both my boys play.  And then I throw in a few dance competitions, because that's what my daughter does.

I really needed a sleep-in day, so I took it today.  The only problem was that my body is so used to getting up at 5AM that I woke myself up shortly after that, then I was about half-conscious until I got up at 7:00.  However, it still felt good.

I left my house at 7:20 and ran about 7 miles, past the SJ Cemetary then back on the trail, down Chavez, and home.  Then I walked Megan to the bus stop, then ran about 3 more miles.  I kept the pace comfortable.

It is amazing what sleeping in becomes, huh?? Right now, anything past 6 feels so good to me!

Great job today, by the way. That was a very nice run (and no holes to fall into).
